How do I use my customer portal?

Your customer portal may be used for instant access to account needs such as:

  • Scheduling courier requests 24/7
  • Generating reports– you may export data based on a specific date and/or date ranges to the file format of your choice which includes Excel, CSV, and PDF file formats
  • Real-time tracking– you may track the status of courier requests scheduled for your location from your tracking screen
  • Printing shipping labels– you may easily print shipping labels directly from your customer portal after you have submitted your order
  • Reviewing chain-of-custody details– you may review your chain of custody details and proof of delivery information directly from your tracking screen
