Our location has special hours today, can we request alternative courier instructions to be followed today?

This should not be a problem at all! We find this most commonly requested during holidays, i.e. if your office is closing earlier than normal due to staff being off.

You may provide us with these alternative courier instructions either via:

  • Online- you may provide us with these instructions through your customer portal in the “description” area. We will be sure to follow these instructions, and if we have any questions regarding this information we will be sure to promptly contact you.
  • Phone- you may contact us directly at 678-631-9470 x 3, or toll-free at 1-866-518-7752 x 3 and we will promptly assist you with this request. Should a member of management have any questions regarding this information, we will be sure to promptly contact you.
