Your organization will be able to see all orders that have been scheduled to/from your location directly from your tracking screen in real-time. These include orders that have been scheduled both via phone and via the online customer portal.
Your provider locations will also be able to view all orders that they have scheduled to your location directly from their tracking screen in real-time.
