What involvement do you require from our organization before and after setting up courier services with 4QL?

Before setting up courier services with your organization, it is important that we are interacting with a designated staff member who is familiar with your courier requirements. We are also able to walk you through this process if this is your first time using a courier service. To ensure a seamless onboarding, we take the necessary time during this early stage to gather specific details regarding your courier requirements.

Once you have selected 4QL as your new logistics partner, we immediately get to work in setting up your account based on your courier requirements, including setting up all tools and resources for your account, establishing online credential access for your provider network, performing site visits, and more.

There is little to no IT involvement as we do not provide you with any software that you will have to download.

Our process starts with a discovery call to iron out your courier requirements and expectations.

After setting up courier services, we monitor all courier activities to ensure that all expectations are being met according to the requirements established for your account. Again, we typically take a proactive lead with this approach to ensure there is minimal interruption in your staff’s schedule.
