“In-network” provider is a term that we use for locations that are eligible to receive courier services from 4QL.
This is based on whether or not your “network owner” has contracted our courier services to pickup & deliver from your location.
If you were instructed to contact 4QL in order to setup a courier account for your location, you may do so by contacting us via phone at:
- Phone– through dispatch support 24/7. Dispatch support may be reached directly at 678-631-9470 x 2, or toll-free at 1-866-518-7752 x 2.
We will setup your account and also provide you with access to online credentials for your account.
If your location is setup for scheduled services, you do not need to call in a request as we will follow the schedule you have provided to us.
