4QL Solutions obtains a proof of delivery signature for every pickup and delivery request performed. You never have to wonder when your package was delivered, or who signed for it as this information is automatically provided to you in real-time.

4QL Solutions provides paperless electronic billing, and reports customized to your company specifications. Our billing is simple, informative, and available on a weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly basis for business accounts. Invoices are able to be easily viewed directly in your customer portal account. 4QL Solutions also has the ability to email invoices based on your specific business needs.

Our Customer Web Portal is designed with a multitude of tools that allow you, the customer to submit orders, track shipments, and manage addresses. Orders may be submitted and tracked from within the web portal, and data may be exported as needed to Excel, CSV, or PDF files easily through your account.

Ebonique is a native Houstonian, and she brings over 20 years of professional experience across various industries with customer service being at the core of all her functions.

She founded 4th Quarter Logistics Solutions (4QL) in 2017 in the Greater Atlanta area with one goal in mind, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.  With the help of a growing team who are all dedicated to this common goal, 4QL has become a preferred courier delivery partner for small-midsize businesses/organizations in the area.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management, and is fully trained in project management professional methodologies.

As someone who is genuinely passionate about effective customer service, Ebonique incorporates this method into 4QL’s mission, processes, techniques, and execution.
