Ebonique is a native Houstonian, and she brings over 20 years of professional experience across various industries with customer service being at the core of all her functions.
She founded 4th Quarter Logistics Solutions (4QL) in 2017 in the Greater Atlanta area with one goal in mind, to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Through a combination of timely and personalized delivery services, dedicated professional team members, and online customer resources to ensure shipment transparency, 4QL has become a preferred courier delivery partner for small-large business/organizations in the area.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management, and is fully trained in project management professional methodologies.
As someone who is genuinely passionate about effective customer service, Ebonique incorporates this method into 4QL’s mission, processes, techniques, and execution.
