Simply click on the "Schedule A Delivery" tab to quickly request your delivery. Select the type of delivery you would like, and complete the form that requires you to complete the details of your delivery request, i.e. Pick-up and delivery address. You will be prompted for payment, and you have the option to pay via CC or PayPal. Expect an email confirming the details of your delivery, and you are all set. Tracking, Signature capture, and confirmation of delivery are automatically provided upon completion of delivery.
Same-Day and Scheduled delivery services requires immediate payment at time of booking. Scheduled delivery packages allows you to pre-pay for your delivery services. Once purchased, you will be able to quickly schedule your deliveries with your confirmation code or email address used at time of purchase. Routed delivery services may be billed on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis which are subject to approval.
Once you have completed your delivery request, you will receive a confirmation email which allows you the option to cancel or change your delivery. *Please note* Same-Day deliveries may not be canceled after payment has been made. Details of the request may be modified and may incur additional charges depending on the details of the modification as well as ETA.

We are open M-F 8am-6pm. Same-Day services may be requested the day of between the hours of 8am-4pm. Scheduled and Routed Services may be requested between the hours of 8am-6pm.

Yes. We have a variety of customized delivery solutions designed to allow businesses the opportunity to focus on their core functions and outsource their delivery needs to us. Simply contact us through our online request form, via email, or via phone and we will be happy to assist you.
We are able to assist with your deliveries ranging in weight from 0-65 pounds. This may include documents, supplies, equipment, packages, etc. Should you have any question about the contents of your deliveries, please do not hesitate to contact us! We are unable to assist you with large are bulky items that requires more than one person to transport. All deliveries should be wrapped to your specific desire (ex: custom arts/pieces) to ensure safe transport of your precious cargo. All items should be able to be left at a desk, front door, or directly with a contact as we do not bring items into homes or other secure environments. In our efforts to assist you promptly we do not handle any large items (ex. appliances) or built furniture pieces. This means a table that is already put together and needs to be transported to a customer. We are able to assist with items that are boxed and only if they may be left at the door or front step as we do not assemble, move any furniture. (Simply search for a moving service company should you find your assistance to fit this type of delivery need.) All deliveries should be within legal compliancy of state law. We reserve the right to acknowledge or decline a delivery that does not fit within our delivery constraints.

Our Privacy Policy applies the same to all of our users, whether they are a driver who picks-up, carries or drops-off goods(Driver), someone using our Services to send goods with a Driver (Sender) or someone who signs up to potentially use our Services (collectively, our Users). BY USING OUR SERVICES OR BY OTHERWISE PROVIDING US WITH YOUR INFORMATION, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVCY POLICY. BILLING: Payment is due PRIOR to your delivery of services and goods. If you re on a delivery plan, the payment terms outlined must be followed for continued timely service. Payment may be made online via CC or Paypal.  *Rates quoted are based on the information that you submit to us via phone or online. This information must be accurate to ensure best pricing and delivery time options. Changes to this information could reflect a change in pricing  and ETA, and will be explained in detail should you encounter this situation. *4QL Solutions ensures that your packages will reach it’s destination within the promised allotted timeframe. DELIVERY*All deliveries should be within legal compliance of state law delivery regulations. Requests that 4QL Solutions deems illegal or non-compliant will be denied. *Packaging supplies should be requested prior to dispatch of your delivery so that we may ensure efficient delivery of your packages/documents. Should you require any packaging materials, please contact us directly at (678)631-9470. *Packages/Documents are delivered in the condition that 4QL Solutions receives them in. We are your trustworthy delivery provider for safely transporting your goods, and are not responsible for any damages after we have fulfilled your delivery request. *.Prices that are populated via our online ordering portal are based on weight constraints of 65lbs for the total load. Additional weight may be subject to additional fees before delivery is fulfilled. CONFIRMATION: You will automatically receive a confirmation email of your delivery request as well as the ability to receive this information via text. A confirmation email will also be sent once your delivery has been fulfilled to include any special instructions you have provided us with. CANCELLATION: We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation of scheduled deliveries to prevent you from being charged for the service. For same day request, if we attempt to make a delivery, or arrive to pick up a delivery request and are unable to due to erroneous address, unavailability, or any causes outside of our scope of responsibility, you will be charged 75% of the original price quoted at the time of your delivery request. Insurance: 4QL Solutions includes limited insurance coverage for certain packages and services at no additional charge. Same-Day and Scheduled services, is insured up to $50.00, Routed services are insured for up to $100.00.
